Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does this process take?

The current processing time is around 3 months. However, due to increased orders it is expected that orders may take up to 4 - 6 months.

Q: Are there any sizing considerations?

Yes, taller flowers (e.g., roses) may need to be made flatter to fit into trays or coasters. If you want to keep the flowers closed please choose a floral block as they can be made taller.

Q: Are there any flowers you cannot preserve?

Cacti and other flowers that have a high water content (e.g., anthurium, berries) do not typically dry well. We can replace these with faux options.

Q: Can you use previously dried flowers?

Yes! We can use dried flowers to create your piece.

Q: What is the payment timeline?

-Non-refundable $150 deposit
-Payment 2: 50% of Remainder due upon design approval
-Payment 3: Remaining due upon shipping

Q: What if my package is lost, damaged, or delayed?

Receiving finished pieces:

In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged, it is on the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Your packages will be sent with signature confirmation and added insurance.

Sending flowers:

Please track your package from your end and call the carrier if you notice there are ANY delays. Due to the volume of flowers we receive we cannot call for delays.

Q: Will my flowers look exactly the same as they did the day of my wedding?

Some flowers do not travel well and, while we will always attempt complimentary flower reconstruction it is still something that can occur. Some colors such as reds and pinks may darken to a purple and whites may become yellow/cream as a result of the drying process. Thin and bruised flowers can become translucent in resin. Flowers may also appear different once placed in resin depending on translucency, thinness of the petals, or background color used.  We do offer color retouching services to restore the color of your flowers for an additional fee.

Q: What is a pause fee?

We are committed to serving our clients and any interruption in the process can delay getting your final piece to you. We strongly encourage responding within a few business days. If a project is paused due to non-communication for over 2 weeks it will be paused. A pause fee will be applied to resume your project after 2 weeks.

Q: Are there any special care instructions?

Handle your pieces carefully. Resin is durable but can still scratch or crack if dropped.

Wipe clean with water and a microfiber cloth.

All pieces should be kept out of heat and direct sunlight. Our resin is formulated with UV inhibitors to slow the process of color change. However, it should be expected that your piece will yellow. All of our pieces are made great care in a temperature and humidity controlled environment using best practices recommended by the manufacturer. Despite this, yellowing can occur spontaneously with certain layers. Yellowing is a part of this art form and should be expected.

Q: Will there be any imperfections in my piece?

While great care is taken in each step of the process, our products are all hand made and may have minor imperfections such as characteristic bubbles or layer lines.

This entire process can take anywhere between 4 to 6 months. If you have any time constraints please let us know.
